1. Overview
At JustIncorp, we are committed to providing high-quality business registration and compliance services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.

This policy applies to all services offered by JustIncorp including company registration, GST, trademark, MSME, ITR filing, ISO certification, and all other services listed on our website.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
2.1 Full Refund Eligible
- Cancellation request made within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not commenced
- JustIncorp is unable to deliver the service due to reasons within our control
- Duplicate payment made by error
- Technical error resulting in incorrect charge
2.2 Partial Refund Eligible
- Cancellation after work commencement but before government filing — refund of unused portion after deducting professional fees incurred
- Service downgraded by client after work begins — difference amount refunded
- Government rejects application due to technical reasons not related to client documents — processing fees refunded
Work Commencement: For the purpose of this policy, work is considered "commenced" once your documents have been reviewed, a CA/CS has been assigned, and preliminary processing has begun — typically within 4–6 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Government fees already paid to MCA, GSTN, IP India, Income Tax Portal, or any other government authority
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) charges (once issued, DSC cannot be cancelled)
- Stamp duty charges
- Services where the Certificate/Registration has already been issued by the government
- Services purchased under special promotional pricing explicitly marked as "non-refundable"
- Requests for refund made after 30 days from date of payment
- Professional fees for work already completed (CA/CS charges for completed filings)
⚠️ Important: Once a Certificate of Incorporation, GST Registration Certificate, Trademark Filing Receipt, or any government-issued document has been obtained, the corresponding service fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service, follow these steps:

- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Refund eligibility will be assessed within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund request acknowledged: Within 24 hours
- Refund eligibility decision: Within 2–3 business days
- Refund initiated (if approved): Within 5–7 business days
- Refund credited to your account: 3–5 additional working days (depending on your bank)
Total Timeline: From approval to credit, refunds are typically processed within 10–15 working days. UPI refunds are usually faster (3–5 days) compared to credit card refunds (5–10 days).
7. Government Fees Policy
Government fees paid to statutory bodies are strictly non-refundable as these are remitted directly to the government and cannot be recalled. This includes:
- MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) filing fees
- GST Portal processing fees
- IP India (Trademark/Patent) official fees
- Income Tax Department fees
- MSME/Udyam Portal fees (if any)
- Stamp duty on Memorandum of Association and other instruments
JustIncorp will provide you with receipts and challans for all government payments made on your behalf.
8. Service Delay Policy
If your service is delayed beyond our estimated timeline:
- We will proactively communicate the reason for delay and revised timeline
- If the delay is due to government portal issues or regulatory processing, no refund will be issued
- If the delay is due to JustIncorp's internal processing (beyond 2x the quoted timeline), you may request a partial refund of professional fees
- If you are unresponsive to our requests for documents for 15+ calendar days, your case may be placed on hold — no refund will be issued for hold periods
9. How to Claim a Refund
To initiate a refund claim, please provide the following:
- Your full name and registered mobile number
- Order ID or invoice number
- Service name for which refund is requested
- Reason for cancellation/refund request
- Bank account details or UPI ID for refund credit
