Note: JustIncorp acts as a facilitator and professional service provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our CA/CS professionals are empanelled consultants who provide expert guidance within their professional scope.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
- Not be barred from receiving services under Indian law or other applicable jurisdictions
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requested
If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
4. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all service requests
- Submit all required documents within the timeframe requested by our team
- Respond to communications from our CA/CS team in a timely manner
- Not use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Not misrepresent your identity or the nature of your business
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our website or systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
JustIncorp reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user is found to be providing false information or engaging in prohibited activities.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Our service fees are clearly stated on our website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of our professional fees. Government fees (where applicable) are charged separately and at actuals.
5.2 Payment Method
We accept payment via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other methods as listed on our payment page. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
5.3 Fee Structure
- Our quoted fees are all-inclusive of CA/CS professional charges
- Government fees (MCA fees, GST portal fees, etc.) are charged at actuals
- Any additional government fees due to regulatory changes will be communicated in advance
- Stamp duty (if applicable) is charged separately
No Hidden Charges: JustIncorp is committed to transparent pricing. We will always inform you of the total cost before you make any payment.
6. Service Timelines
All stated timelines are best-effort estimates and are subject to the following conditions:
- Timelines begin from the date of complete document submission and payment clearance
- Delays caused by government portal downtime, regulatory changes, or department processing times are beyond our control
- Timelines may extend if additional information or documents are required by the client
- If you are unresponsive to our communications for 15 calendar days, your engagement may be placed "on hold"
⚠️ JustIncorp does not guarantee specific timelines for government approvals. We facilitate the process and follow up diligently, but final approval rests with the respective government authority.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the JustIncorp website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of JustIncorp and is protected by Indian copyright law and international copyright treaties.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent
- You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only

8. Limitation of Liability

- Errors in information provided by the client that lead to incorrect filings
- Changes in government fees or regulatory requirements after service engagement

10. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
